QA Localization Tester
I had the opportunity to work as a QA Localization Tester for EA Spain during the 2024 Summer period. I worked on multiple mobile projects, including FC Mobile.
- Proper categorization and reporting of bugs to development teams.
- Mindstorming and checking multiple feedbacks to find the right solution.
- Unstructured workflow organization that led me to develop time management skills.
2022 - 2023
Software Developer Engineer
I worked for approximately 1 year at NTT Data as a Software Developer Engineer, learning and refining my programming skills in Java and Python. I worked with the Application Maintenance team, updating and developing application extensions for the Tbricks software. Additionally, I worked with bash scripting for utility scripts and Python's libraries for a data-driven approach on automatically generated reports.
2021 - 2022
IT Helpdesk Support
I worked as an IT Helpdesk technician for Domino's Pizza Italy entire pizzeria's network. My work consisted in checking the status of all the network devices in the pizzerias and ensuring they were working properly. It included performing remote fixes when available and calling providers to check network health status.

- Managing a large volume of data coming from different stores at once.
- Created a knowledge base for store leaders to check whenever a system was failing, reducing the amount of avoidable tickets and empowering the personnel in-store to perform quick-fixes.
